Our history
More than twenty years of putting change into practice.
The Change Pro Simulation® is based on the content expertise of Professor Jean-François Manzoni, currently Professor of the Practice of Management at IESE Business School.
Its development also benefited from the helpful comments and feedback of many instructors all over the world, including and especially Professors Charles Galunic, Martin Gargiulo and Jens F. Meyer (INSEAD), David Krackhardt (Carnegie Mellon), John Van Maanen (MIT) and John Weeks (IMD).
- 1997–98Research on simulating the organizational dynamics of change, published in the Journal of Management Information Systems.

Who we are
A small team and a network of partners.
